Yeh, it’s not up at the moment because I want to finish the current batch of commissions and the two bonus pages for my latest comic before I open commissions again! I have a question about horse anatomy. It always seems like in your drawings, the characters have split clits. Do actual horses have that?
A little bit, yes! Of course it’s simplified and emphasized in my art. But if you google it (especially vulvar winking) you can see it pretty well. Sometimes the clit even looks like a tongue. Anatomy is weird. I think it highly depends on the individual horse and the breed though, there’s a lot of genital variety, just like in humans. Sadly that’s something not a lot of people realize, I also fall into this trap and draw ‘same-vag’ way too often. And don’t get me started on people thinking all girls’ genitals look the same.

But yeah, keep in mind that the genitals I draw are purely fictional, they resemble both equine and human anatomy. I’m not drawing something that exists in real life, I draw a weird mix between equine and human anatomy for the sake of art and because ponies are a mix between human and equine in my mind. They show characteristics from both species. Since they’re fictional creatures, I think the genitals can be just as fictional. For example I place the urethra where it should be on a human, in a horse it would be way deeper inside. And I overemphasize the vulvar winking, in reality horses do that only when they’re in heat or peeing, but in pretty much all of my pictures the clitoris appears external, because I like clitorises, they’re fun to draw.
Sometimes I’m also more in the mood for human-like genitals, so I push them a bit more in that direction, and sometimes I wanna try new and crazy things and push them in the other direction. Basically I just do what I’m in the mood for and think is fun to draw!
Applejack is NOT best pony. Fluttershy is BEST pony.

I had a bit of a dilemma in regards to following you, I already follow a number of blogs of a less than wholesome nature, and I usually object to feral pony porn on principal, but dammit if you aren't better at drawing pony ass than anyone has any right to be.

Talking of pay what you want stuff: Could you tell us if it's really worth it? I wanted to work on my first PWYW folio soon but I might fear that I'll get like $5 and the other hundred/thousand people will just download it for free. Could you elaborate your experiences with it? Just saying if it's worth it or not would already help.
It’s definitely worth it for me. And as I’ve heard from some other artists, they made the same experience! Go for it!
People who want to buy your stuff will do so, no matter if it’s at a set price or PWYW! PWYW also allows for some people to be really generous. And I just really like the fact that the fan decides what it’s worth. Nobody is gonna feel scammed, nobody will feel left out, etc. It was always hard for me to put a price on my own art, everybody thinks differently about art. So letting everybody individually decide what this cartoon horse porn is worth to them is nice. I think it’s the best for all sides, the artist who needs money, the fans who like to support artists and the fans who like to see porn but would never pay for it. It’s respectful to everybody.

The purpose of pay what you want is, that people who want it for free can get it for free without resorting to piracy and people who want to support me can pay as much as they want. If you enter 0 in the buy page you’ll get the download link for free anyways, like mentioned in the announcement post.
That’s why I put all the information on the last page. If someone stumbles upon it and decides that they would like to support me so I can do a project like this again, they can do so.
People pay for a variety of reasons. Access to content is rarely one of them, everybody knows how to pirate and stuff like this ends up on all the imageboards pretty fast anyways. That’s why I personally really like the PWYW model. It makes stuff available to everyone and artists get supported by a lot of people who think the work has monetary value.
She does! She helps a lot with ideas and critique, too. Which is amazing! The downside is, that she’s ready to kill me everytime I draw Rarijack. And that she has a lot of ideas/requests that I’ll sadly never find the time to draw.

As much or as little as you want! It’ll be Pay What You Want. You’ll be able to get it completely for free in the original high res resolution with all the sketches included! There won’t be any deluxe or artist versions. You alone decide how much it’s worth for you, just like the Valentine’s Pack I did early this year.
I’ll probably do a giveaway for the top 3 or 5 supporters, though! Maybe a signed printed version of this comic together with the Playpony 2 and a yet unannounced artbook or something, I haven’t fully decided yet!
I read about frogs in a clopfic years ago and I really liked the concept and the idea of the soft and sensitive under hoof. And ecmajor’s drawings were the first time I saw under hooves in art, and I really love how he draws them. But it took me until someone with an underhoof fetish commissioned me to actually start developing a way to draw them and incorporate them in my drawings every once in a while!
