Rat's Saucy Nest
Back from my honeymoon. It was amazing. Have a modpic (you can see the scar from where I broke my wrist earlier this year) and two doodles I did in some of the hotels we stayed at.
Also the lions in the San Diego Zoo have strange fetishes, the walking dead invaded Universal Studios, Waterworld was a mediocre movie but is a very entertaining live show, Bruce Willis’ feet are petty much as big as mine and Highway 1 is incredibly beautiful.
And now back to drawing ponysmut!
Starting now I’m on my honeymoon till next Saturday. Roadtrip down to Los Angeles and San Diego, checking out Universal Studios, the San Diego Zoo and a couple of smaller stops in between! Gonna be fun, I’m so excited!
So I’m going to be pretty much unavailable for the next week and won’t have any time to draw. (Maybe I’ll draw a couple of traditional sketches on the go if I miss drawing too much.)
I’ll continue working on projects and commissions as soon as I’m back home! See y'all then. <3

I bought a sketchpad and some pens to draw while I’m out running errands with my wife (feels weird calling her that!) or waiting for her to finish working. That was my first try.
I miss undo and ctrl+t.
The end of my wedding vows, I figured a handful of people will get a chuckle out of the reference. For those who don’t know about it: Stuck was the name of the clopfic my wife wrote, I liked it so much that I’ve drawn fanart for it, and that’s how we started talking. (Here’s a screencap of our very first conversation ever in the comments section of the fic)
Somehow during the reception Rainbow Dash ended up taking a bath in the smaller wedding cake (we had two cakes, a bigger one and a smaller one to display the cake topper on) I suspect it was one of the kids, but I’m not sure. Missed a perfect opportunity to put Rarity where she belongs while RD is out of the game.
Guess who’s a married man now!
So happy. I was fine during the ceremony and reception, but now back home I can’t stop crying.
Aaaaah. Gonna get married in less than 7 hours, there’s still so much to do and there probably won’t be any sleep for me and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. So excited! And tired! And just a little bit nervous and oh my god. It’s gonna be so awesome and beautiful. Can’t wait! <3
But I’d give everything if we just had one more day time…
My wedding is in two days! I still can’t quite believe how lucky I am. But there’s still way too much to do, aaaaah.
I would’ve never thought I’ll ever get stressed out over a wedding!
I tried to finish an Appledash picture before the date to celebrate it, but I doubt I’ll have enough time, so there won’t be another picture from me until after I’m a married man.
You’ll probably hear from me a day after the wedding or so, I’m gonna have some nice photos of the pony influenced decorations and the Appledash cake topper for y'all!

a small thank you for Alex from EQAD, because he was a huge bro and sent me a couple of prints from bronycon, since I wasn’t able to go myself!

A couple of people told me, that they missed my donation event earlier this summer but that they still would like to get their hands on the picture set. And I decided, that everybody who’ll donate at least $5 (which was the smallest possible amount during the event) to me in the next few days will get the link to the complete picture set per email. I’m not 24/7 at the computer, so it may take up to 12h till I send the email.
All donations will help pay for my wedding in 11 days! (Oh my god, only 11 days left. I’m excited!)

I thought it’s not gonna make a difference if I put Flutters and Pinkie together in one picture for the set, since they both seem to go so very well with each other, but I can understand the disappointment.
I’ve drawn Pinkie solo not that long ago, but haven’t drawn Flutters in ages anyways, so have a flowery Fluttershy to make up for that!
Tried a couple of new things and I like how it turned out!
