I’m not sure if I always used the left hand. But I know for sure, that when I was younger, I masturbated to a lot of stuff on the computer. And I was unable to handle the mouse with my left hand, so I remember that I thought it was pretty convenient that I masturbate with left. It leaves my right hand to browse the computer and stuff. So I suspect I just kinda taught myself to masturbate left-handed? To a point where I literally can’t masturbate with my right, because it just feels so off.
