Thoughts after the readmore

I rarely answer anonymous asks, because I prefer to answer things in private without cluttering my blog. You have a better chance of me answering, if it’s a good/interesting question that’s worth replying to in public or if you send it non-anonymously, so I can answer you in private. It’s not possible to answer anonymous asks in private. 

In general I try to answer as many asks as I can, but you have to realize that my inbox looks like this right now and that tumblr loves to swallow asks, too. I’m not singling you or your questions out. Nor am I ignoring them. And even though I try my best to answer as many people as possible, in the end you’re not entitled to an answer. If you don’t get an answer, it’s not because I’m being rude, it’s because I either haven’t seen your ask or I didn’t think it was worth posting an answer to it in public.

If it’s something really important, ask again, maybe it fell through the cracks or tumblr ate it. If you absolutely positively need an answer, you can also drop me an email at ratofdrawn@gmail.com instead.

In general I appreciate all you guys’ messages a lot! Like, seriously, so many times I saw an ask and it just made me smile and brightened up my day. I really appreciate you guys writing me, and like I said I try to answer most of them (especially in private), so the 1,624 you see up there, are all the messages I never answered. I read all the asks I get and I’m thankful you guys care enough to send me things. Please don’t be discouraged to send me asks by this post!
