Because.

Since I didn’t had the motivation to start something new during one of my livestreams, I instead started to clean up a silly sketch of mine. Over the next couple of days I started to add more and more stuff each time I needed a break from commissions/other projects. It was definitely a whole lot of fun to work on and I kinda like the finished product, even though I’m not completely happy with Rarity’s expression. But I want to try new poses and expressions and leave my comfort zone as often as possible to grow as an artist.

Because sometimes, ice cream is by far the best thing to make you happy. Sometimes, good friends forget about birthdays and have to draw something quick that ends up taking hours. Because sometimes, it’s the thought that counts. Sometimes it’s worth backing up that thought with actions.

Someone is writing a fic about my OC Novel, which I haven’t drawn or given any attention at all in the past year. So I decided to draw her again and develop her story a little bit more. That’s the result.

I seriously had way too much fun rendering those fluids.

A commission of the lovely OC Jeannedarc. He wanted a classic “Rat Plotshot”, and that’s exactly what he got.

That’s the very first OC I’ve drawn that wasn’t my own or giftart for a close friend. It was a pleasure working on her! Very subtle and beautiful colors. She could be right out of the show.
