I’m so sorry for being quiet these past few days. My wife and I are going to change our living situation next month (and I’m gonna get my own office for art, yay! We were checking it out today and it’s great, I’m so excited!). Anyways, it’s pretty hectic right now because of all that, we’re kinda running back and forth a lot and everything and it’s only going to get worse once we actually start moving stuff. I’m still working on commissions and everything, of course, and I’ll stream again tomorrow (and every Friday after that plus hopefully a few more times per week every week) as planned! But everything might take a bit longer than usual right now until we’ll have settled in in about a month. It also might take longer to get some replies from me until then. Please bear with me. If you’re waiting for some communication or something from me, please don’t hesitate to contact me per email or Skype! I’m trying to stay on top of things, but things are hectic and might fall through the cracks.
I’m going to post a trello with my current schedule and projects soon for you guys’ convenience! There are so many fun things coming up super soon, too. New comic, a lingerie folio, a new pony Plotbook from the crew, an AJ Daki and a friend of mine got a test print of the already existing Twi Daki, which looks pretty nice, so there will be some news regarding that soon too! And that’s not even including commissions and personal pieces!
Also, if you’re one of my patreons, I’ll post this month’s poll later today! There are some very exciting options on it this month, I’m looking forward to see how y'all will vote!
But yeh, I’m super excited about going to have my own small space to work on art, I’ll be able to be quite a lot more productive that way, which is awesome and which means way more frequent art for you guys!
And to top it all off, this Saturday we’ll finally get a new pony episode! It’s a very exciting time for me right now, haha.

Today we got an awesome Christmas present from our wedding planner!
I claimed the AJ one before my wife even saw what the present was.
First sunrise of 2014! Or also known as “The sky ships Appledash!”
Sorry, I’m seriously sleep deprived because SOMEONE wanted to get up at 6am to see the sunrise with me. I don’t function well when I need to get up early, I start to think every silly little thing is way too funny and I talk too much. Like right now. I’m sorry.
- Had surgery on my left elbow, removing metal framework that was used helping the healing process after a fracture in 2011
- My fiancee visited me for the first time in Switzerland, enjoying the snow together
- Got a new tablet, finally being able to comfortably draw digitally
- Partook in my very first artwork pack that got printed and distributed, the Playpony.
- Fractured my drawing hand’s wrist, getting surgery and metal framework installed (I really hope that’s not gonna become a regular occurrence…)
- Flew across an ocean and a continent to surprise my fiancee on her birthday.
- Back home I finally got the visa that I was waiting for almost a year, which allowed me to immigrate into the United States.
- Took care of my belongings, businesses and moved out of my apartment in about two weeks time. Also visited friends and family all over Switzerland to say goodbye and even found somehow time for a quick flight up to Hamburg to spend some time with my best friend.
- Moved to California, with nothing more than two big suitcases, a backpack and my cat in a pet carrier.
- Experienced my first Fourth of July a day later.
- So many amazing fans of my art helped me out with paying for the move and to secure the start of my new life with donations
- Celebrated my first birthday living together with the person I love.
- Got married.
- 1000+ miles road trip down the coast of California and back.
- Experienced my first Halloween and Thanksgiving.
- Celebrated Christmas for the first time as a married couple.
- Was part of a massive artpack with some of the biggest names in the fandom, Hooves & Holly.
- Most productive year in my life artwise, thus far.
It’s been an amazing year, full of emotions and wonderful things. Here’s to 2014, which is already shaping up to become another big year for me!

And the cats really enjoy the aftermath of opening presents.
I just went to bed, my wife’s already sleeping since a while. As soon as I approached the bed she muttered completely asleep:
“Thank you”
Me: “Thank you for what, Querida?”
Her: “The crutches! I need them for my breast exam!”
And I just exploded into laughter while she turned around and continued snoring.
I’m not sure if that’s only funny to me because it’s in the middle of the night and I’m dead tired after a whole day of drawing, but I still can’t calm down.
I’m fabulous, bitch. Rarity would be proud!
We took some obnoxious christmas pics today for our holiday cards, and I really wanted to share that one with y'all.
So, there were two awesome and friendly guys who I’ve (briefly) talked to at the same table with me at the MLP CCG event this weekend.
AND NOW I LEARN THAT THEY ALSO ARE DIRTY LITTLE CLOPPERS BECAUSE THEY FOLLOW ME AND MESSAGED ME HERE. Seriously, mind blown. It’s so absurd learning that you’ve actually met people IRL who follow your porn blog. :D
I bet secretly everyone there was one of us.
And no logicalbrony, didn’t get a NMM card nor a playmat, sadly. :(
Went to a MLP CCG prerelease today and got some swag! Won the t-shirt in a raffle. :D
Haven’t actually had a chance to play the game much yet, but what I’ve seen thus far seems like great fun. Built an AJ (obviously) Deck and can’t wait to play it against more people when the game actually releases in a week.
There were around 50 people at the event and it was definitely interesting meeting some other bronies. I’m kinda curious if there was someone there who knows my art, I should’ve brought my sketchbook and started sketching around.

I wanted to answer that privately at first, but then I figured that some of y’all may be interested in a status update of how I’m doing over here. Especially because some of you helped me get here! So have some personal ramblings after the cut:

Oh my god, I’m insane when I’m asleep. The sad thing is not that I don’t remember any of that, but that I do something like that on a pretty regular basis when I’m asleep.
Anyways, I’ll be able to post new art very soon, almost finished with my huge project! Stay tuned! Enjoy this tidbit of my personal life until then.
The end of my wedding vows, I figured a handful of people will get a chuckle out of the reference. For those who don’t know about it: Stuck was the name of the clopfic my wife wrote, I liked it so much that I’ve drawn fanart for it, and that’s how we started talking. (Here’s a screencap of our very first conversation ever in the comments section of the fic)
Somehow during the reception Rainbow Dash ended up taking a bath in the smaller wedding cake (we had two cakes, a bigger one and a smaller one to display the cake topper on) I suspect it was one of the kids, but I’m not sure. Missed a perfect opportunity to put Rarity where she belongs while RD is out of the game.
Guess who’s a married man now!
So happy. I was fine during the ceremony and reception, but now back home I can’t stop crying.
My wedding is in two days! I still can’t quite believe how lucky I am. But there’s still way too much to do, aaaaah.
I would’ve never thought I’ll ever get stressed out over a wedding!
I tried to finish an Appledash picture before the date to celebrate it, but I doubt I’ll have enough time, so there won’t be another picture from me until after I’m a married man.
