Wow, I’m only living here since barely two years and it’s already pretty accurate. (Bay Area, the other big red spot in California on the map)
I’ll finally be able to be way more productive! I was able to get a pretty awesome monitor on black friday so I’m finally able to run a dual monitor setup for my battlestation.
Sadly my old desk was way too small for me, so I had to spend pretty much the whole day today in ikea looking for a better solution and then reorganizing everything at my place. I’m really happy with the outcome. There’s so much more room than before, this desk is pretty much twice the size than the old one. I’m way more comfortable and drawing is a much better experience!
I can’t believe I survived this long with only one monitor.

Found this super soft Elsa blanket in Walmart the other day. The ‘feel me’ sticker made me giggle.
Anyways, I really love how soft the blanket is, I can’t keep my hands off of it. The fabric is amazing, which gave me the idea to draw an AJ (or maybe even mane six) picture and try to get it printed on a blanket like this to sell at cons. I’m super excited about the idea!

Whoooo Earthquake! My first ever in my life. I guess I’m officially Californian now. It was a 6.0, that was both exciting and a little frightening.
One of my cats meowed at me and stared at me like it was my fault that he was awakened by the whole house shaking for seconds.

Today’s my birthday! When I got out of bed my amazingly wonderful wife was out to get us some breakfast, so I dragged my lazy self over to the computer and found some presents waiting for me guarded by a little Applejack plush, eee! One of them was this great Applejack figurine. Finally some official AJ merch with her hat!
And as soon as I turned on my computer I had dozens of new Skype and Tumblr messages and some Steam gifts waiting for me and I just wanted to thank all of you! I’ll try to answer everyone personally, but if I’ll somehow forget some: Thank you for the kind words and everything. It means so much, I’m completely overwhelmed.
I’ll try to draw something as a thank you as soon as I find the time!

I’m not really the kinda guy who likes parties or big gatherings or anything, so I have no big plans. (Plus my wife is in charge for planning my birthday!)
Ideally we go out to eat somewhere nice and then to a movie or to go play minigolf or something like that. Simple things like that make my day. Sorry, I’m a boring person!

My wife and I were having a conversation about cat nipples and then I somehow stumbled upon this wonderful headline.
I went to see a pre-screening of HTTYD 2 with a couple of friends. It was awesome and a lot of fun! I liked the movie, the visuals were stunning and the dragons were really cute and their whole body language and behavior was incredibly impressive and fun to watch.
